You may use the system only for lawful purposes related to school operations. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are assigned by the school administration. You must not share your login details or allow others to access the system using your account. Notify the school immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Fees and Payments

Where the system is used for fee payments, such payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The school reserves the right to modify fee structures as communicated through official channels.

5. Intellectual Property

The School Management System, including its design, content, and software, is owned by the school or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the system without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The system is provided "as is". The school shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the system. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes where appropriate.
